Be the welcoming face of our downtown Cincinnati jewelry store! We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable part-time associate to help our shop run smoothly and ensure every customer has a great experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Welcome: Greet customers as they walk in, answer initial questions, and direct them to the right sales associate or jeweler.
Customer Communication: Answer phone calls and emails, helping customers with general inquiries, store hours, and order statuses.
Scheduling: Book and manage appointments for jewelry consultations and repair drop-offs.
Service Support: Assist with taking in jewelry repairs, organizing paperwork, and calling customers when their pieces are ready for pickup.
Shop Maintenance: Help keep the front desk and showroom neat, organized, and running efficiently.
